launching an advertising campaign

Embarking on an advertising campaign using the Sweply platform is streamlined thanks to the 'Manage Ads' section. This feature provides a comprehensive dashboard where all your advertisements are organized according to their current statuses: Draft, Under Review, Live, or Disapproved, offering a clear overview and straightforward management of each campaign.

Understanding Ad Statuses

*Each status plays a crucial role in the lifecycle of your advertisement:

- Draft: This status indicates your ad is created but yet to be launched. You can decide to continue editing it or delete it.

- Under Review: This status means your ad is undergoing the approval process. Advertisements are typically reviewed and approved within a few hours.

- Live: Confirms that your ad has been successfully published and is currently viewable by users. Please note that results may take a few hours to start reflecting.

- Disapproved: If your ad does not meet the publication criteria, it will be marked as disapproved. You will be provided with reasons for the disapproval, allowing you to make necessary adjustments.

Features within the 'Manage Ads' Section

Navigating to the 'Manage Ads' section, you are empowered with tools to effectively control and monitor each aspect of your ad:

- View Ad: This option allows you to inspect detailed specifics of your ad, including the settings used during its creation.

- Pause: You possess the ability to pause the ad if necessary. If the campaign concludes while paused and not all allocated funds are used, the balance will be credited back to your account.

- Duplicate: Should you wish to use an existing ad as a template for a new one, the 'Duplicate' feature enables you to easily replicate the settings and media of an ad. It also allows room for adjustments before the ad goes live again.

Data Management and Export Features

The 'Manage Ads' section extends its functionality to data management and export, enhancing your ability to keep concise records and analyze campaign performance:

  • Data Export: Export your ad data in CSV or PDF formats, facilitating easy record-keeping, analysis, or sharing information among team members. This feature is crucial for accessing and digesting data off the Sweply platform effectively.

  • Advanced Filtering Options: For a more detailed overview of campaign performance, utilize the comprehensive filtering options available. This feature allows for a tailored data view, offering a more granular and customized analysis that aids in making informed decisions for future campaigns.
