Refunds & Cancellation Policy on Sweply

Sweply enforces a specific policy for refunds to ensure transparency and trust among its users.

Updated over a week ago

At Sweply, we strive to maintain transparency and clarity in all our policies, especially when it comes to refunds and cancellations. This article outlines how we handle refunds and order cancellations, including the conditions and timelines associated with these processes.

Refund policy

Unused Wallet Balance Refunds

At Sweply, we understand that plans can change. Users can request a refund of the unused balance in their wallet. To initiate a refund, please send an email to [email protected] or contact your account manager directly. We aim to process such requests promptly, ensuring that your experience with Sweply is as smooth as possible.

Non-refundable Amounts

Spent Amounts

Amounts that have been utilized in campaigns or funds from completed campaigns are non-refundable under any circumstances. These funds are considered spent once they are allocated to active or completed marketing efforts

Cashbacks and Offer Amounts

Any credits received as cashbacks or through special offers are not eligible for refund or cash-out. These credits are intended to be used within the Sweply platform exclusively for enriching your campaign initiatives. Utilization of these credits for campaign activities aligns with our policy of promotional reinvestment within the platform.

Expired Promotional Credits

Promotional credits must be utilized within the validity dates specified at the time of issuance. Once these credits expire, they cannot be reactivated. We encourage users to take advantage of these credits before they expire to enhance the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns.
