Updated over 2 months ago

Step 1: Logging into your account

Start by visiting the official advertisements site at the following link: sweply.com

Enter your email and password to access your account.

Step 2: Navigating to account settings

After logging in, look for your account settings, which are generally under your profile icon located at the top of the page. Click on it to proceed to the settings.

Step 3: Accessing subscription details

Within account settings, look for a section like "subscriptions" or "billing". In this section, you will find all details of your current subscription and the financial information related to the account.

Step 4: Starting the cancellation process

Once you've entered "subscription details", look for the "cancel subscription" option and click on it. This will start the subscription cancellation process.

Step 5: Confirming the cancellation

You will be asked to confirm your wish to cancel the subscription by pressing a confirmation button. You might be requested to provide a reason for cancellation or leave a comment about your experience on the platform for feedback to improve services.

⚠️ Note:
The cancellation will be implemented at the end of the current billing period, meaning that you will continue benefiting from the services provided by Sweply until the end of the current payment cycle. Once this period ends, your subscription will stop, and there will be no additional fees.

Please note that Sweply's policy does not allow for a refund of the subscription fee.
